Surfer Girl Fuel

Every surfer girl needs a little fuel to get them going in the morning before they go catch some waves.  Or maybe you need a healthy lunch after catching so many waves to re-fuel!

Try out our Strawberry Peach Banana Smoothie Bowl!



* About 5 strawberries

* About 5 slices of a peach

* 1 banana 

* Water or unsweetened almond milk

* A couple ice cubes 


* Sliced strawberries

* Blueberries

* Coconut shavings

* Chia seeds

Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour into a bowl, top with your yummy toppings and enjoy!
